
Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Prices are net and no Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged.
International Order
MummyKnowsBest ships internationally. International orders can be made from anywhere in the world and may be placed via email. An email will be sent to you with regards to your international order and with the relevant charges for international registered postage before you make your payment. Upon your confirmation, another email will be sent with payment details and you will have to make payment via Paypal with your credit card. Your order will be shipped once we receive your payment.
Please do take note that your international order (outside of Singapore) may be subjected to additional customs and taxes that are charged by the country that the items are delivered to. These additional costs will not be included in your shipping fee from MummyKnowsBest when we fulfill your order. Thus, if you do acquire these additional charges, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges in order to receive their shipment. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful submission of your online order, you will receive from us an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order, with your order reference number and order details. You will also receive a Transaction Confirmation e-mail from Paypal when your credit card has been charged. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us.
Order Amendment
Upon receipt of payment, MummyKnowsBest allows up to 24 hours to pack your order for delivery via postage. If you would like to make any amendments to an existing order, please do so within this time period.
If you would like to make any amendments after your order is sent, we will be happy to accommodate you, but you will be responsible for delivery charges incurred.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations of orders will not be allowed once an order has been confirmed and submitted.
Delivery Process
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once we have received your order. Please note that processing of orders may take a longer time during peak festive or sale periods. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. For international orders (which are sent by registered airmail) and local registered orders, tracking reference number and relevant details will be included in the email.
Delivery Options
Local Normal Non-Registered Postage – Flat rate of SGD$3.00 Postal / delivery time is a maximum of 3 business days from the day your orders are mailed out. Please note that all customers assume liability for all risks for items sent out by this unregistered mail option.
Local Registered Postage – Flat rate of SGD$5.00 (Highly recommended) Postal / delivery time is a maximum of 3 business days from the day your orders are mailed out. Tracking reference will be given.
International Registered Postage
All international orders will be sent by registered airmail via Singapore Postal Mail. This may take between 5 – 14 days, depending on your location. However, some locations may take more than 14 days. Rates are charged according to total value of merchandise and the zone the country is in.
Please ensure the delivery address you have provided is correct. Parcels which are non-deliverable will be sent back to MummyKnowsBest. In such instances, you will be charged the "return" mailing costs (as charged by the postal company and may cost more than the "to" charges). This is in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.
Payment
All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars and made securely through Paypal. Paypal ensures transaction security and integrity through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You have the option of paying by credit card or Paypal transfer.
Refunds
We regret that refunds will not be accommodated.
Exchanges
Normal-priced items can be returned for exchange of another item. However, please note that if you are exchanging items of a lower value than the returned merchandise, the excess amount will be forfeited. Customers will have to pay for the difference in value if the exchanged items are of a higher value than the returned merchandise. Sale, discounted price or promotional items are final and not eligible for exchanges.
Returns
Unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise; or Manufacturer-defective merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with tags still attached to them.
Delivery charges of Returns or Exchanges
It is the responsibility of customers to pay for delivery charges of returned items back to MummyKnowsBest. Original shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable. MummyKnowsBest will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected or damaged items en route to our address. Thus, please insure your package and send it through priority or registered mail to ensure a safe delivery of the contents. Also, be sure to retain a tracking number for your package in case it gets lost or misdirected.
Validity
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange.
For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice (ie we must receive the items within 14 days from the invoice date).
For international (non-Singapore) orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice (ie we must receive the items within 30 days from the invoice date).
Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges must be made with prior request to MummyKnowsBest within 7 days of receiving items. Do contact us and quote your order or invoice number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation reference number to which is an acknowledgement receipt of your intention to return the products to us, a Returns and Exchanges form and our contact address for the items to be mailed back to us. Do fill in and print the Returns and Exchanges form and include the Returns Authorisation reference number.
Please pack the returned merchandise in secure packaging.
Your package must include:
The items to be exchanged / returned;
The original invoice; and
The Returns and Exchanges form.
It is advisable to send your items back to us through an insured and traceable method.
Incorrect Orders
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse the cost of returning the package to MummyKnowsBest. All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars.
Discounts and Promo Codes
Sporadically, you may receive special offers through MummyKnowsBest’s newsletter, e-mails, promotions on our website or other advertising mediums. Please note that these special offers can only be redeemed through promotional or coupon codes.
To use the code, enter your promotional or coupon code in the space provided at the Payment Information page during the checkout process. If there is a problem with the promotional code, an error message will appear and you will to rectify the code before you can continue to checkout. Only one promotional code or gift certificate code can be applied at a time for each order.
